1. Acceptance

By installing, accessing, or using PlanarNest (“Software”), you agree to this EULA.

2. License Grant (Individual License)

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for commercial and non-commercial purposes.

Business / team use: If you need a license for a company, organization, or multi-user/team environment, contact contact@planarnest.com.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Software to others.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.

4. Accuracy / User Responsibility

PlanarNest provides automated layout and optimization features.
You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before production use (e.g., checking layout correctness, spacing, and cut/engrave settings in your CAM software).

5. Third-Party Software / Notices

The Software may include or interact with third-party software. Applicable third-party notices and licenses are provided in the Software distribution (for example, THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES and/or bundled license files).

6. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

8. Termination

This license terminates if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software.

9. Governing Law; Venue

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or legal action arising out of or relating to this EULA shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the Republic of Korea, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
